The Lunchtime Rover is an inititiative to encourage identified students to help resolve negative behaviours on the playground at lunchtime. Each lunchtime a teacher (the Rover) works with students who have been identified as requiring assistance in improving their behaviour. For example, if a student has been unsafe on the playground, they may be identified to help the Rover in promoting safe behaviour.
